About Me

I have been working as a massage therapist since 2008. I feel passionately about working directly with people to help with their well being. I am the massage therapist for the oncology unit at Nuffield Health Brighton providing massage and reflexology treatments to their patients receiving chemotherapy. I work alongside the nursing team to ensure each patient is supported throughout their course of treatment by tailoring massage or reflexology sessions that can be beneficial for their wellbeing.

I have also worked regularly with the residents at Brighton’s Maycroft Manor care home, providing reflexology treatments for residents needing nursing care and those with dementia. I use a wide range of aromatherapy oils and can also provide these separately on request. I also provide onsite massage for offices, wellbeing days and sports events and have worked at the Brighton Marathon giving massages for those running for various charities. I have taken my care of people further with my training in counselling skills.

I trained for holistic massage alongside anatomy and physiology at the College of Classical Massage in Brighton and continued to develop complementary skills through a VCTC in reflexology and VCTC in aromatherapy at Brighton City College.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured.
